Growing up in St.Louis, where her family owned a construction company, Stacy often heard dinner talk centered around square footage and insulation. Little did she know it then, but all that conversation about building would come in handy. After earning her BS in Education from the University of Kansas, Stacy became a dedicated Blue Valley teacher. Eventually, this highly entrepreneurial go-getter returned to her roots — homes and real estate became her passion. Fast-forward to the current day, and she's been successfully serving the Kansas City area for almost twenty years, earning a reputation for directness and dependability.
Stacy melds two vital aspects of real estate: professionalism and energetic personal engagement. Patient, empathetic, and proactive, she recognizes that her business runs on expertise and intuition — astute analysis and a gut feeling for her clients' desires and dreams. This two-pronged approach enabled her to create one of the top-producing teams in the city.
Not every realtor enjoys working with buyers and sellers alike, but Stacy can't wait to find the right buyer or discover the perfect property for her clients. Highly visual, she knows how to create order out of chaos — Stacy can quickly see a home's unique assets and effectively highlight them.
In her downtime (what downtime?!) she relaxes by watching, listening and reading about sports. It's no wonder since her husband, Sandy, is a partner in several Sports Radio stations. The whole family, including their daughter Taylor and son Jamie, loves to soak up the sun in warm tropical locations and cheer their favorite teams at sporting events.
Working closely with Shannon Brimacombe at Compass, Stacy pursues maximum success with minimum stress for all her clients. This award-winning team, the Thelma & Louise of real estate, has completed over a thousand transactions and their loyal clients are thrilled with the results.
